A notable incident involved Dr. Augustine, the EMS Medical Director, and Captain Jonathan Henderson, who triaged 36 emergency calls over the phone while EMS crews were unable to respond on the road due to hazardous conditions. This teamwork highlighted the dedication of the Lee Control team in challenging situations.
