**Missing Boys Found Safe in Polk County After Search Efforts**

Two boys who were reported missing from St. Petersburg earlier this month have been located safely following efforts by authorities. Polk County sheriff’s deputies found the children during a traffic stop conducted over the weekend.

The boys, identified as 12-year-old Bradley Neal and 14-year-old Tramareiance Artis, had been reported missing since October 9, 2024. They were believed to be with their caretakers, Twanda Marie Neal, 34, and Anthony Dee Davis, 49, who were both taken into custody during the traffic stop.

Officials revealed additional details regarding the case. Twanda Neal had taken Bradley to Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital in October for treatment of an illness but allegedly removed him from the hospital against medical advice, refusing further care.

Twanda Neal is currently in the Polk County Jail facing charges of child neglect with great bodily harm, resisting an officer without violence, and misuse of a 911 or E911 system costing over $100. She will eventually be transferred to Pinellas County to face charges of child neglect.

Anthony Davis was also arrested on charges related to the traffic stop, including two counts of battery on a law enforcement officer and resisting an officer with violence.

The children, confirmed to be safe, have been placed into state custody.

The St. Petersburg Police Department, which had been actively searching for the boys and their caretakers since early October, worked with Polk County authorities to resolve the case.

Report reference numbers related to the incident include 2024-035858 and 2024-035855.

For any additional information or assistance, residents can contact the St. Petersburg Police at 727-883-7780.
