Fort Myers, FL – Fort Myers Police Detectives have arrested Timothy Smith, a 42-year-old man, following the theft of a Maltipoo puppy from Pet Kingdom on September 5th. The theft occurred at approximately 11:47 AM and was recorded on video surveillance.

Smith was arrested on September 11th and charged with a felony offense. He was already in custody for an unrelated crime committed two days after the puppy's theft in a nearby area.
